
Classic Vegetable Stir-Fry

Prepare the vegetables: chop broccoli, slice carrots, dice bell pepper and onion. Mince garlic and grate ginger.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.

Pour the prepared sauce mixture into the wok. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
