Instructions
Rinse the 0.5 cup quinoa thoroughly.
Combine the rinsed quinoa, 1.5 cups milk, 0.5 cup water, 1 tbsp honey, 0.5 tsp cinnamon, and 0.125 tsp salt in a medium saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. The porridge is ready when the quinoa is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
