
Crispy Polenta Fries with Rosemary

Bring water and salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Gradually whisk in the polenta until smooth.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until polenta is thick and creamy, about 20-25 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the polenta mixture into a lightly oiled 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
