2 whole chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup parmesan cheese
0.5 cup chicken broth
2 cups spinach
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked. Remove and set aside.
