In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, and salt.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
