1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp ground cinnamon
0.75 cup unsalted butter
3 large ripe bananas
2 large eggs
0.5 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

    Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 cup of the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Whisk in the remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
