In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan or microwave. Stir in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract.

Beat the eggs lightly in a small bowl. Add the eggs and butter mixture to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
