12 oz rotini pasta
2 cups cherry tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
1 cup fresh basil leaves
0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    While pasta cooks, mince the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls. Roughly chop the fresh basil leaves.

    In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic glaze, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
