1 medium fennel bulb
1 medium apple
2 medium celery stalks
1 whole lemon
0.25 cup olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
0.5 tsp honey
0.25 tsp salt
0.13 tsp black pepper
0.25 cup walnuts
2 tbsp parsley

Trim the tough outer layer from the fennel bulb. Cut the bulb in half and thinly slice it.
