2 whole chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup parmesan cheese
0.5 cup chicken broth
2 cups spinach
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
