1 lb chicken sausage
1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts
1 large red bell pepper
1 medium yellow onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tsp garlic powder
0.75 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cut the chicken sausage into 1-inch pieces. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Cut the red bell pepper into 1-inch pieces. Slice the yellow onion.

    In a large bowl, toss the chicken sausage, Brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, and yellow onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
