Ingredients

2 cups cooked quinoa
1 piece egg
0.5 cup breadcrumbs
0.5 piece onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp parsley
0.5 tsp cumin
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Finely chop the 0.5 piece onion and mince the 1 clove garlic clove. Chop the 2 tbsp parsley.

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups cooked quinoa, 1 piece egg, 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, 0.5 tsp cumin, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs. If too dry, add a splash of water.

Form the mixture into 6 piece patties, about 3 inch in diameter.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.

Drain on paper towels before serving.
