2 lbs baby potatoes
0.25 cups olive oil
1 tbsp ground rosemary
1 tbsp ground thyme
0.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly.

    Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
