1.5 lbs salmon fillets
1 lbs asparagus
3 tbsp olive oil
1 whole lemon
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim the woody ends from the asparagus. Mince the garlic.

    In a medium bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tbsp of olive oil, half of the minced garlic, dill weed, salt, and pepper.

    Spread the seasoned asparagus in a single layer on one half of a large baking sheet.

    Pat the salmon fillets dry. Drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil over the salmon. Season with the remaining minced garlic, dill weed, salt, and pepper.

    Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the other half of the baking sheet. Slice the lemon and arrange slices over the salmon.

    Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
