1 cup rice
2 cup water
0.5 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

    Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
