Finely mince the red onion, parsley, mint, and garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced vegetables and herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Prepare the tzatziki: Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well.
