1 ½ lbs salmon fillet
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt

    Cut salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and black pepper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

    In a separate bowl, toss salmon cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.

    Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
