1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 medium carrots
2 stalks celery stalks
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 package refrigerated cheese tortellini
5 oz baby spinach
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 cup parmesan cheese
