3 large ripe bananas
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
0.75 cup granulated sugar
0.5 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.

    Add the melted unsalted butter, sugar, and eggs to the mashed bananas. Beat until well combined.
