1.5 lbs Italian sausage
3 large bell peppers
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
28 oz crushed tomatoes
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
2 tsp Italian seasoning
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
16 oz pasta
1 tbsp olive oil

    Serve the slow cooker sausage and pepper mixture over the cooked pasta.

    About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
