Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds
0.5 cup dried cranberries
0.5 cup honey
0.5 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.25 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9 x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup chopped almonds, and 0.5 cup dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, heat 0.5 cup honey and 0.5 cup peanut butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 0.25 tsp salt.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat everything evenly.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
