2.5 cups rolled oats
0.5 cup honey
0.5 cup sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.25 tsp salt

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together ground flaxseed and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to gel.

    In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey, sunflower seed butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

    Add the flaxseed gel mixture to the oat mixture and stir until well combined. The mixture should be sticky.
