2 lbs baby potatoes
0.33 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 whole lemon

Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and scrub the baby potatoes.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
