½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup mirin
¼ cup sake
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cup rice
2 cup broccoli florets
1 cup carrots
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp scallions
