
Classic Thai Basil Beef

Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain. Mince the garlic and finely chop the Thai chilies.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and water to make the sauce. Pick the basil leaves from the stems.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and stir to combine. Cook for another minute until the sauce has thickened slightly.
