1.5 cups amaranth flour
0.5 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1.5 cups milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together the amaranth flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.

    In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
