1.5 lbs Italian sausage
3 large bell peppers
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Slice the Italian sausage into 1-inch pieces. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips. Mince the garlic.

    In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the sausage, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil.
