1.5 cups long-grain white rice
1 medium onion
1 medium green bell pepper
2 stalks celery stalk
3 cloves garlic cloves
2.5 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    Remove sausage from casings and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess grease.
