0.5 tsp salt
0.75 cup unsalted butter
1.5 cup granilla sugar
3 count large eggs
3 count ripe bananas
0.5 cup buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
0.25 cup heavy cream

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

    In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

    Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in mashed ripe bananas and vanilla extract.

    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
