Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter and flour six 4-ounce ramekins.

Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until pale and slightly thickened.

Gently fold the slightly cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Then, fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
