2 tbsp brown sugar
0.25 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp rice vinegar
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cups cooked rice
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 stalks green onions

    Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Thinly slice the green onions, separating whites from greens.

    In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off excess grease.
