
Honey Lime Chicken Stir-Fry
A quick and flavorful stir-fry with chicken and crisp vegetables coated in a sweet and tangy honey-lime sauce.

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and grate ginger. Thinly slice carrot and prepare broccoli florets and snap peas.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat (around 375°F). Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from wok.

Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the wok. Add carrots, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return chicken to the wok. Pour the honey-lime sauce over everything. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and coats all ingredients.
