1 lb pork sausages
0.5 lb streaky bacon
2 lb potatoes
2 large onions
0.25 cup parsley
2 cup water
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Cut sausages into 1-inch pieces. Chop bacon into 1-inch pieces.

    Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Slice onions thinly.

    In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, layer half of the sliced potatoes, half of the onions, half of the sausage pieces, and half of the bacon. Sprinkle with half of the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Repeat the layering with the remaining potatoes, onions, sausage, bacon, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Pour 2 cups of water over the layers. Cover the pot tightly with a lid or foil.

    Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded.
