1.5 lbs beef sirloin steak
0.4 cup butter
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
0.25 cup fresh parsley

    Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

    Mince the garlic cloves. Chop the fresh parsley.
