1 ½ lbs beef sirloin steak
0.4 cup butter
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup fresh parsley

    Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

    Mince the garlic cloves. Chop the fresh parsley.

    Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and sizzling.
