
Cajun Chicken Corn Skillet

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and season with half of the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the same skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and the remaining Cajun seasoning and paprika to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
