2.25 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1.25 cups warm water
2 tbsp unsalted butter
0.5 cup baking soda
1 tbsp kosher salt

    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
