2 slices bread
1 tbsp butter
0.25 cup kimchi
2 slices cheese
1 tsp mayonnaise
0.25 tsp sugar

Instructions

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Mix kimchi with sugar and let it sit for 2 minutes.

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

    Place one slice of bread, mayo-side down, in the skillet. Layer with cheese, then the kimchi mixture, then the other slice of bread, mayo-side up.
