1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
15 oz black beans
15 oz corn
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
0.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
