1.5 cup white rice
16 oz cottage cheese
3 cup water
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook rice according to package directions, using water and 1/2 tsp salt.

While rice is cooking, combine cottage cheese, remaining 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
