0.5 cup sweet corn
2 stalks scallions
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
0.25 tsp salt
0.13 tsp black pepper

    Finely chop the scallions, separating the white/light green parts from the dark green tops.

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
