1 lb ground chicken
4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 can water chestnuts
2 stalks green onions
1 head butter lettuce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Drain and finely chop the water chestnuts. Slice the green onions, separating whites from greens.

    Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green onion whites to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and chopped water chestnuts. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
