2 lbs chicken thighs
0.5 cup soy sauce
0.25 cup honey
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
0.25 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 stalks scallions

Instructions

    Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, water, and cornstarch until smooth.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
