2 packs instant ramen noodles
3 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tbsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 cup frozen peas
1 stalk green onions
2 large egg

    Prepare the broth: In a medium pot, combine chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

    Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package directions, adding frozen peas during the last minute of cooking. Drain.

    Prepare the eggs: Soft-boil eggs (about 6-7 minutes). Peel and set aside.

    Prepare the green onions. Thinly slice green onions.

    Assemble the ramen: Divide cooked noodles and peas between two bowls. Ladle the hot miso broth over the noodles. Drizzle with sesame oil. Top with sliced green onions and a soft-boiled egg.
