2 medium zucchini
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
0.5 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

    Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
