In a blender, combine 0.5 cup of rolled oats, 1 whole banana, 1 cup of milk, 0.5 cup of yogurt, and 1 tbsp of honey.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
