1 ½ lbs salmon fillets
1 lbs asparagus
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus. Mince the garlic.

    In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tbsp of olive oil, half the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Place the seasoned asparagus in a single layer on one side of a large baking sheet.

    Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil over the salmon. Season with the remaining minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

    Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet next to the asparagus. Slice half the lemon and place slices over the salmon.

    Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
