2 cans chickpeas
0.5 cup tahini
0.25 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
0.25 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Mince the garlic.

    In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, water, olive oil, and salt.

    Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

    If the hummus is too thick, add a little more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

    Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

    Serve immediately or chill for later.
