0.75 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
0.25 tsp salt
2 medium ripe bananas
1 large egg
0.5 cup milk
0.5 cup vegetable oil
0.5 cup walnuts

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.

    In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
