2 lbs chicken thighs
0.5 cup honey
0.25 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.

    Mince the garlic. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
