3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

    Cut the cabbage into wedges. Mince the garlic.

    Place the cabbage wedges in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water. Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

    While the cabbage steams, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
