In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs. Add chicken tenderloins and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

In a separate shallow dish, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Remove chicken from buttermilk mixture, letting excess drip off. Dredge each piece thoroughly in the flour mixture, pressing to coat. Let coated chicken rest on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
